DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026  ·  Effective: June 22, 2026

This DMCA Policy applies to growmypatients.com and the other online and mobile resources of Bolt Digital LLC, doing business as Grow My Patients (a Bolt Digital brand) (“Bolt Digital LLC,” the “Company,” “We,” or “Us”).

1. The DMCA

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) establishes a process for copyright holders to request the takedown of materials that infringe their copyrights from the online and mobile resources of Bolt Digital LLC, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. For more information about the DMCA, visit the website of the U.S. Copyright Office at www.copyright.gov. The guidance provided on this page is not legal advice.

2. Accurate Information

Submitting false information in a notice violates federal law. The DMCA requires that you swear to the facts in your notice of infringement under penalty of perjury. Submitting false information could also result in civil liability—that is, you could be sued for money damages.

3. Investigate

DMCA notices are serious. We request that you conduct a thorough investigation and consult with an attorney before submitting a takedown request. As a preliminary step, you may wish to contact the accused party directly to attempt to resolve the matter.

4. No Automated Bots

Do not use automated bots to submit notices in bulk. Such notices are often invalid, and processing them results in needlessly taking down content.

5. Counter Notices

The party whose content is removed may submit a counter notice. If they do, we will re-enable their content within 14 days unless you notify us that you have initiated a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

6. The Determination

We exercise minimal discretion in this process. We determine only whether a notice meets the minimum requirements of the DMCA.

7. DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of infringement, email it to zaid@pyroleads.com or mail it to the address below. Your notice must include all of the following:

Attention: Legal Department – DMCA Notice
Bolt Digital LLC
9324 Lisa Lane, Port Arthur, TX 77640, United States
zaid@pyroleads.com
By submitting a DMCA notice via our form, email, or physical mail, you acknowledge that a copy of your DMCA submission—disclosing all information provided—may be shared with the accused party.

8. DMCA Counter Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may contest the takedown by submitting a counter notice via email or physical mail using the same contact information listed above. Your counter notice should include your signature, identification of the material that was removed and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which you are located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found).
