Bolt Digital LLC, doing business as Grow My Patients (a Bolt Digital brand) (collectively, “Bolt Digital LLC,” the “Company,” “We,” or “Us”), is a marketing and advertising company that provides patient-acquisition services to health and wellness clinics. We are not a medical practice or licensed healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, or prescribe, we do not provide healthcare to patients, and we do not form provider-patient relationships. Any medical question should be directed to a licensed clinician. Treatments referenced in any advertising we produce are provided solely by the independent, licensed clinics that engage us, not by Us.

2. No Earnings or Results Claims

We do not make earnings claims, return-on-investment claims, patient-volume claims, or claims that our services will produce any specific number of leads, booked consults, patients, or any specific amount of revenue, beyond the limited, conditional commitments expressly stated in a signed agreement and its Refund Guarantee. We do not promise, guarantee, or warrant the success of any clinic that uses our services.

3. Examples, Case Studies, and the ROI Calculator

Any examples, case studies, figures, projections, or scenarios we present — including any interactive ROI or revenue calculator — are illustrative only. They rely on assumptions you can change, do not reflect the typical results of our clients, and are not a prediction or guarantee of your results. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Your actual results depend on your market, your offer and pricing, your ad budget, your staff's speed and skill in following up, patient retention, and many other factors outside our control.

4. Client Results and Testimonials

Any testimonials, reviews, or ratings reflect the individual experiences of the clients who provided them. Results vary, are not typical, and rely on individual effort, time, skill, market conditions, advertising budget, follow-up processes, and other factors outside our control. Participants are not compensated for providing positive feedback.

5. Compliance Is the Clinic's Responsibility

The clinic is the advertiser and the provider of any medical service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your clinic, its advertising, its intake, and its handling of patient information comply with all applicable laws and rules, including but not limited to HIPAA and patient-privacy laws, the rules of your state medical board and applicable healthcare-marketing and advertising regulations, FTC rules and endorsement guidelines, FDA rules governing claims about drugs, devices, and treatments, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the advertising policies of any platform on which ads run (including Meta and Google requirements such as LegitScript certification where applicable). We are not responsible for your compliance with those obligations, and nothing we provide is legal, medical, tax, or accounting advice.
